Audit Final Report

Within the Document Manager, would it be possible to add a column to the "Report" Summary within reviews? It currently lists the users who participated (voted) in the review, but would it be possible to add either the "Organization" field or the "Mail Code" field to this report? This extra information would help make this report more useful for reporting review activity to our Center Director. Thank you!

Cancellations

Do all customers use a cancellation form to cancel a document? Couldn't this be done with metadata and/or a workflow that could get an authenticated approval to cancel?

RMA Plans & Records Sets by Project

Need to be able to associated RMA Plans and make auto records sets by documents' associated Project attribute. This would be a particularly useful way to easily group EMail records according to the Project or case file that they relate to and then have the RMA Plan/NRRS retention schedule that is appropriate for that particular project or case, as is now required by NPR 1441.1.

Email reports

Is there a way to automatically receive and email with a Report ?
For example,
Share Report “LSP_VA_TDKSC_Org_Metric-0506__Report_August_2015 “ is generated monthly and emailed to me on mm/01/2015.

The only parameter changes are:
1) Reporting period will be: (mm - 1) /01/2015 thru (mm – 1) / (last day of month) / 2015
2) Filename changed from August_2015 to September_2015, etc.

History Report Fields

While running document History reports, I noticed that the “Reason” field is not part of the summary.
I see the following fields:
Date / Username / Action / Details.

I believe that it would be very beneficial if the contents of the “Reason” field would be added to this report.

I do not have high level permissions to create reports that include all available fields.

Link to SMs from within the DM?

Would it be possible to put a URL link to our SMs somewhere closely associated with on inside the DM Advance Search screen? A customer official believes that many users try to search for documents in the DM Advanced Search (or Quick Search); and when they don't find what they're looking for they then want to try the full-text search through an SM. There seems to be frustration in these cases with having to go out of the DM, then look for the appropriate SM short-cut or external link, then start the search again.

E-Mail

Talked to a TechDoc customer recently that wanted to be able to trigger outbound e-mails based on a keyfield date value obselance. This would of necessity require the creation of a subsystem to create and save e-mail templates, distribution lists, and trigger parameters for a keyfield. Wondered if others would find this type of functionality helpful in the DocManager.
