Audit Final Report

Within the Document Manager, would it be possible to add a column to the "Report" Summary within reviews? It currently lists the users who participated (voted) in the review, but would it be possible to add either the "Organization" field or the "Mail Code" field to this report? This extra information would help make this report more useful for reporting review activity to our Center Director. Thank you!

It would require code changes of course. I've assigned issue # TT-219 to look into this. As soon as we can research it a little, I will contact you directly to go over details. It should be a fairly easy thing to do. If so, we are currently working on the TechDoc 10 release and should be able to still get it on the schedule for that release.

I'm assuming you are talking about when you click on "Report" on the side menu of a review. When you do that, it comes up with the "Review Report" and the browser URL contains dm.web.ReviewReport. That is the Report you are talking about, correct?

Also, while we're updating it, is there anything else that would be useful to see on the report?

This was added in TechDoc 10 under DM-758 (Update Review Report Look and Feel), which was release on 02/11/2020. User organizations are now shown in the report. Also, Remote Users were updated to allow an optional organization to be added to them. If the Remote User has an organization assigned, it will show on the review report as well.
