TechDoc 11.1.1 has been rereleased to address a browser styling change with Chrome and Edge that affects the Document Manager. Prior to this fix, text seeming disappears on screens with multiple selection list boxes, like the ones found on Associate Access, Associate Notification, Associate Distribution, Create Review Level, Modify Review Level, etc.
If you go to a page that has the multiple selection list boxes and you select one or more items in a list box and then click on something else on the page that causes focus to be lost from the list box, the selected item(s) suddenly seem to disappear. What has happened is the new browser styling for this condition results in white on white text thus making it look like the text is gone.
An updated CSS stylesheet file has been created that avoids this issue with older and the latest releases of Chrome and Edge. You have 2 ways to apply the fix.
- You can download this rereleased version of TechDoc 11.1.1 (updated on 05/12/2025) and install it OR:
- The less involved way is to download a ZIP and simply apply the updated normal.css file to your existing TechDoc 11 through 11.1.1 (released prior to 05/12/2025) installation. The ZIP containing full instructions and the updated file can be found at:

Note that the update can safely be applied to a Search Manager (SM) but there is no need to. The SM does not currently and never has used any multiple selection list boxes.
