TechDoc Client 8 has been released. It features full support for servers running TechDoc Release 7 and 8 so you can upgrade now and be ready for TechDoc 8 in the near future! TechDoc Client 8 also includes the following features when connected to a TechDoc 8 server:
- Support for creating nonresident documents.
- Support for creating documents larger than 2 gigabytes.
- Performance enhancements to speed up mass operations.
The TechDoc Client can be downloaded from the TechDoc 8 Downloads page. If you already have the TechDoc 7 Client installed, you can update from inside the application by clicking on "Check for Updates" under Help on the main menu.
