Features to be added
After close evaluation, it looks as though the main features to be added are as follows in the order listed:
Completed:
- Support for BPMN fragments - 7/1/2014
In Progress:
- Data Input/Output mapping and associations for Activities
- Ability to add additional files to a deployment (like miscellaneous attachments and such)
Future:
- Model Validation
- Looping for Activities
- Better Choreography & Organization support per the BPMN 2.0 spec. (Currently we have not seen or heard from any users that need support for this and Activiti does not appear to use it from what we can tell. This will be address later on if so needed.)
- Simulation support
As stated, support for fragments has just been completed. We'll be working this list tentatively in the order listed. If you see anything missing you would like added or better supported, please let us know and it will be taken care of first.
