Search results for all choices for a keyword

When you do a report and want all results back you can use an "*." Is there a way to get that with the Advanced search with out adding all of the options in your search since you only have three without modifying the url? Example Keyword = Council and there are four different values. I want all documents that have the keyword = Council. Would I have to have a keyword Council=Council added also to the documents to get all the values?

If I understand correctly, you are wanting to perform a search on the search engine and return documents that have the keyword Council no matter what value(s) the Council keyword actually has on each document. If you search on Keywords for the field and put Council=* for the value, I think you will get what you are looking for.
