What virtualization environments are supported for Render?

As of TechDoc Release 8, the Render virtual machine is supported under Hyper-V, and most VMware products. Previous versions of TechDoc also allowed the use of Microsoft Virtual Server, but as of TechDoc Release 8, the only supported Windows operating systems are Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012. As of Windows 2008, the Microsoft Virtual Server product as gone away.
