TechDoc 9 Build 07/05/2016 is now available as a full installation/upgrade program on the TechDoc 9 Downloads page. If you are performing an upgrade, you must be running TechDoc 8 or higher before upgrading. Some of the highlight for TechDoc 9 include:
- New support for electronic forms and form submissions
- Customizable widget-based dashboards for My Work and Forms
- Updated workflow engine with many improvements including web service tasks that can call SOAP services
- Improved network security to support TLS 1.0 and 1.1 being disabled
- New fast switching between multiple TechDoc accounts that map to the same remotely authenticated user
- Support for external groups that are managed by remote authenticators (Active Directory, SAML, etc.)
